Here's what we're going to do
In this training, everyone is given a fictional child. Very smart, sweet children. What you want the best for. Like the best school. So you are going to establish that school together. Hiring teachers, setting up the playground and, of course, the lice policy…. Meanwhile, you must meet the bureaucratic requirements of the School Inspectorate. Can you let the children’s interests prevail? And thus learn how to put the interest of the user or customer first?

Why it works
Learning by stepping into someone else’s shoes. You experiment with different sides of yourself. You experience the effect of new behavior. You embody the learning, not just understand it. Everyone is busy at the same time. This is safe and fun. Our unique method will stay with you. You will learn by yourself and discuss with colleagues how together you can make the user even more central. Read more about the method…
Experiences
Thank you very much for your excellent work in creating innovative and engaging events for teams. Feedback from participants was very positive, in particular for the preparations and the detailed realistic characters. From the management standpoint, the goals of increasing team cohesion and getting people to see things from other people’s viewpoints were fully met.
